I found that after modifying my sg90 servos there was some play so the wheels wobbled on my tiny trak. So i remixed the wheels with a printable sg90 connector that eliminated that wobble and i also remixed the idler wheel so it will align the track and eliminate the need for spacers. I used this on Canino's VW tiny trak but it should work with most tiny traks. This is my new tiny trak design using two N20 motors, and since i like compactness, both are in the back, leaving a lot of room in the front for electronics and camera. This is a jig for cutting Kato N Scale Unitrack to custom lengths. Sometimes you may need an odd length, this lets you make them. Kato makes an adjustable track, but it's expensive relative to the standard sections and its sliding rails are less reliable. Here is my take on the RC Tiny Trak. It's a FPV (first-person view) mini crawler that ues N20 gearmotors and lego tracks. The BOM is as follows: 3D Printed Parts: 1x Lid 1x Base 2x N20 Stubs 4x Lego Studs The only part that needs supports is the Lid, and there's quite a lot of support required, but it's super easy to remove. This is my take on the 1980's Attak Trak toy from the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe toy line. I designed this from memory and a few reference pics I found online, so it's not 100% accurate to the original toy. It's scaled to work with the Mega Construx MOTU figures but should scale up or down fairly well. First picture is a rendering and the other two are a finished print with a figure for scale.

T-Trak modules are easy to set up as they are placed on any table. However, most modules have a naked 1/4" bolt as the leg that they stand on. This won't win you friends when you put a module down on your friend's mahogany dining room table. I've used commercially available felt covered furniture feet, but they're relatively expensive, and have a limited adjustment range. So here are some easily printed feet to finish your module legs. Part of the Rite TrakII Drawer Slide System. The original equipment this part was designed after tends to break. Print this replacement part and get things working again. I designed this part with MoI (Moment of Inspiration), printed it with an UP! printer, and installed it on a dresser drawer. The Trak Racer TR80 DD mount does not fit 115mm sized servo motors. This adapter allows a 115mm motor to be mounted securely with a 150mm motor bolt pattern. Designed for SEM HR115 servo motors. Press fits into the opening of the TR80 mount and holds the motor in place with all 8 M8 bolts. Print with high infill and thick walls!
