This thesis presents the results of an experimental investigation of the finline horn antennas. Both near-field and far-field measurements were made for horns with different physical and electrical parameters. This revealed the influence of the various parameters on the radiation pattern and led to a design which appears to be close to the optimum with respect to gain and sidelobe levels. The application of these horns in a printed circuit monopulse comparator is also demonstrated.

This is a spring loaded scribe for the MakerFarm Prusa I3 x-carriage. I use this to remove the etch resist when fabricating printed circuit boards. The body of the scribe is printed. A 1/4" diameter grade 8 bolt is used to make the scribe, and 1/4" T-nut and spring are used to hold the bolt in place. Both are housed in the upper portion of the body. A single machine screw holds the scribe in place on the x-carriage.

I downloaded the existing version of this and it was nearly perfect for working with printed circuit boards. However, I kept finding that I wanted more adjustment. It was remodeled and now includes a slot for adjustment. Note that this version is not customizable like the original so if you do not need the slotted version I suggest using that one instead.

This thing allows the phone to be held over an object and zoomed in to use it as a low power 'microscope'. Created it so that I didn't have to purchase a new optical device for inspecting PCBs and enabling me to solder Surface Mounted Devices to the boards.
