This is a remix from two PCI Slot Covers from @pwing. I needed this extention to fit Low PCI Card in to a normal ATX case, but unfortunately it didn´t work for my case. The cut in the ATX Backplane was too narrow. But maybe it will work for someone else.

Summary Replace the knockouts in the back of a full sized PC case over the PCI-Express Slots. Print with no top and bottom layers and open infill to create customized ventilation. There is a dimple at the mounting hole. Drill this out after printing. I recommend printing multiple parts at a time to give the narrow vertical sections time to adequately cool.

I just upgraded my PC, so that there was a HDD in spare that I could pass to my son to enable him install more games :-) So, there was not sufficient space in the HTPC he has, so I needed to find a solution while his PCI-E Slot was still not used (there were two). So... I designed this thing. However, he has no SATA in spare, so I ended up not using it, but maybe you can feedback on this approach to let me know if everything is working out for you :-) Happy to see ppl downloading and printing...

A low profile bracket for Intel X520-DA2 Dual port network adapter. One side of the bracket is cut so it's easier to print however this doesn't compromise the functionality. You should consider using ABS filament as it's pretty hot in the server interior. PETG might also work depending your serverl load and tempeture.
