I wanted an iPad Air holder for the shelf that holds my computer stuff. I can use the iPad as a second monitor or just use the IPad Air as separate browser or app or whatever. This holder should fit many Ipad models from Mini, to Air, to Pro. It should also have no trouble with many other tablet brands. The shelf width is 15 mm which hold my Ipad Air with an Apple case. It works in vertical or horizontal, with a gap for the iPad charging/USB/Lightning cable.

Vertical wall mount iPad Air holder. Tips your ipad 1,7 deg towards you wall, so the top edge of your ipad touches your wall. High mounting points support the momentum if tipped forward. Made this Ipad stand with speaker holes to make it easier to hear. The speaker holes actually serve as a sort of passive amplifier. When you put the Ipad in the dock while it's playing audio, there is a noticeable increase in the amount of sound you can hear. I made this stand for an iPad Air. Holds the iPad at a perfect angle for video calls and web surfing. Helpful Tip: I smeared a thin layer of silicone caulk on the bottom in four corners and let it dry overnight before using it. It was a good way to prevent the stand from sliding on the counter top or desk when using it.

Designed up this iPad cover in Tinkercad. Worked well. I've printed in PLA with and without support. Depending how well your printer is dialled, it is possible to bridge the gap at the plug end. Yellow print is also PLA and was a test piece to confirm the snug fit. PLA is not flexible enough to print whole, so I've provided the STL in either whole if you print in a flexible filament or 2 halves for printing with PLA or other stiff plastics. Here is a Ipad stand I made for my dad a while ago and worked out pretty well. It consists of 4 parts and allows for the standard 30 pin charger to fit into the bottom. Looks cool and that's about it. I have pictures on my nas of it but cannot find them:( I made a rendering instead.

Found difficulties with the existing stands, when playing on the Ipad in bed the smaller ones would fall over due to the uneven surface and needed something that could support it. The angle its set at is 15 ° 140mm Long 140mm Wide It can hold or tablets that i have in my possession both standing up as well as horizontal. And it works wonders on a bed!

I fly a lot and load my iPad (or Android tablet) with entertainment for my travels. I've found a ton of great tablet stands on Thingiverse, but what I didn't find was a stand which wasn't too big to fit in my in-flight bag or one that didn't require me to fish around a bunch in my bag to find its various parts. Here's one that I designed that couples together into a (I think) nice little footprint that fits easily into a small bag. Enjoy

I didn't like how floppy the original is and how loose the tolerances are. The support bracket is preloaded is much more secure. Additionally, some parts were not optimized for 3D printing and had unnecessary overhangs. I also found an elastic band was helpful in maintaining its structure so I've added some spots for M4 Screws to attach a band easier. No hardware is required to use. Threw in the original models to bc I like it when people do that.

I designed this awesome tablet mount that can fit all iPads from the 9.7" iPad mini to the 12.9" iPad Pro, even with case. It uses standard M6 bolts and nuts, see picture above. I was struggling to securely mount my iPad on my workbench, after dropping it a dozen time i created this little bracket. FYI it requires four (4) 25 x 10 x 3 mm magnets, which need to be inserted mid print. The device portion also serves as a finger grip to make easier to hold with one hand. Other covers are also fine, the important thing is that they do not measure more than 175mm in width and 11mm in depth. if the cover protects only the back side without the front part, the iPad can also be placed with the Home button at the bottom, in this case there are holes to make the audio come out with a slight increase in volume and low tones.

I am doing many Zoom video meetings now and wanted the iPad camera pointed more straight on, not looking up my nose from the desk. This stand positions the iPad directly at eye level, helping make a more natural view of you and your background when using the camera. The design will work with any tablet that has its own stand meant for a table. The iPad stand is very stiff so it does not wiggle or rock when used.

After remixing the 3DBender Adjustable Stand by 3DBender for my iphone x max, my wife requested one for her work iPad that has a thick case on it So I have enlarged the entire stand as well as widened the area where it sits, and cut out the back some and made a larger bolt/nut combo to hold it together.
