Inspired by the fantastic Commodore 64 game from 1988 written by Steve Harter. These are the creatures from the game. If you know this game, this will be cool. I simply screen grabbed the image of the characters from this (https://annarchive.com/files/Compute_Gazette_Issue_66_1988_Dec.pdf) magazine article and traced them in CAD and then extruded them. They are approximately 1" square and 0.05" thick. They should scale well if bigger is desired.
