I use Notability on my iPad (might be an IOS only app). It's gone up in price in recent years... it's about $8-10 right now, unfortunately; it used to be ~5. I only have it because my classes required it.
You can import PDFs and write on them, works well to edit and create PDFs for me and it is just very pleasant to use in general.
If you want to try it just keep in mind it is mainly a notetaking app and therefore might not have what you want in a PDF editor. Look at the features first, since it costs money.

Thank you Ogdilla, but I only use Andriod. I've found a new app called Amindpdf and It looks like a new release app, so that cost $1.99. I'll try that one you use when I use iPad :)

Ok, sorry my suggestion could not be much of a help at the moment. I'm glad you have Amindpdf for your Android device, which seems to work just fine.
