It happened to me too, a few times. I solved by playing around with the pdfs: optimizing, unpacking and repacking pages, redoing OCR, things like that.
There may be some minor error in the original structure, the main problem is that Archive aborts everything, while the other readers probably just ignore that detail and go on

Thanks for informations.
It happened to me for the first time....
If Adobe Acrobat cannot find any errors, then there are no errors and syntax is OK :)
Unfortunately, my collection contains many 700-1200 pages PDFs and reprocessing them is not possible.
So far , there is no any informations about it from the forum staff.
The item I created still shows "There Is No Preview Available For This Item", however some useless ZIP (with JP2 files) are created.
I replaced "bad" files with new ones, but it changed nothing.
