Hi Tell, sorry to startle you with my post ... i probably shouldn't have posted it, too revealing of my inner thoughts, but i suspect there are many who feel the same way. In fact, i received a message late last night from one of my nephews, and he basically went on about how disgusted he is by twitter and the inanity of it all ... i basically wrote back and advised him to just pull the plug, he'll lose nothing by it.

You'll be cheered to know that at a local pub quiz ('hospoda kvíz') i went to last nite, in the music category i nailed the group/title to a snippet of Cream's 'I Feel Free' ... no internet search needed.

Ha--outstanding news, that; good on ya, as Rob would say...and yes, I considered the intent and realized you are making a bigger point, w which I wholeheartedly agree (eg, I am still MIA from FBook [as some note, I sometimes use the Forum for my FB moments, eh?], I do not tweet, nor instagram, nor ANYTHING, but visit our good Forum here--again, the masses of Forumites all think to themselves "if ONLY he'd do some browsing, he might get sucked into a CREAM site for crying out loud!? Give us some relief!").

Though as a member of the academe I must embrace the use of word processing, and email for exchanges among all my scientific chums across the globe, I like to think I am one of those few that ONLY derive the great benefits of the digital age w/out being damaged to any great degree by its Dark Side (I still don't "shop" online, but will never stop being grateful for all that the LMA has brought to me, largely by introducing me a few, such as yourself, that really did--on a hard copy, personal level--make a big difference in my life).

Seriously, Arb; I mean that...as you know...
