So, I guess hoarding every single textfile on winmx was my deal or something at the time. There was this thing where to allow propogation of new server files, all files (I believe) < 32K were allowed to skip the queue, so textfiles could be easily hoarded.
There's probably a bunch of sketchy junk in here. I had a "download all the things" attitude at the time, so none of this should reflect me, but should hopefully be a pretty accurate representation of textfiles on WINMX in 2003.
