An easy fix for The Sims: Complete Collection to be played at 1920x1080 resolution and corrected user interface glitches.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Find your Sims installation folder, for example C:\The Sims or D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims.
2. Replace the files inside UIGraphics folder with the ones provided here.
3. Replace the Sims.exe file with the one provided here (use this file to play, you can create a shortcut on your desktop).
4. Play the game.
Note that this will only work for screens with a 1920x1080 resolution or above. Use dgVoodoo to fix framerate issues.
