"Sonic the Hedgehog: Over 9000" is a little ROM-Hack of "Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit)" for the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis created by EditChris.
This ROM is just about adding a lot of speed to Sonic, making him look like he's high on caffeine and sugar.

> What the hell? I'm not going to play a mini-hack that uses the same idea of others, a speed hack.
But this hack is very different, this is a...
"Sonic drinks 1,200 coffees and starts to run through the world searching for crazy stuff to do in the same hour, minute, second, tenth of a second, hundredth of a second, etc while destroying hills, marble blocks, cities, labyrinths, bases, and a super-mega-ultra-hyper metallic base that has a fat guy inside making robots using animals" hack.

Known bugs / fails:
"S" tubes on Green Hill Zone doesn't work great in the last part.
The song is only changed on Green Hill Zone, when it had to be changed everywhere.
On Labyrinth Zone and Scrap Brain Zone Act 3, after Sonic interacts with water in some way, all the magic speed disappears.
nineko: Song used in Green Hill Zone, obtained from the soniNeko hack soundtrack.
vladikcomper: Mega PCM sound driver.
Mike B Berry: for the fix of the camera bug in Green Hill Zone Act 1.
