Firmware for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Qualcomm) which was
originally released for unlocked devices in the UK. It was
released on March 31 2015 and it is based on Android 5.0.1 Lollipop.

Instructions for installation of firmware:
- Make sure you are using the Qualcomm and not the Exynos variant.
- Download Odin from https://samsungodin.com
- Go into download
mode: power off, then: press home button & power & volume down (press until logo appears)
- Press AP in Odin,
select the firmware file
- Connect phone via USB, press
start, this takes some time, then it will reboot.
If you want to factory reset afterwards to fix bootloops:
- Download TWRP
recovery direct from their site https://eu.dl.twrp.me/trlte/
- Get
twrp-3.xxxx-trlte.img.tar
- Go into download
mode again. Press AP in Odin, select twrp tar file. Press start.
- Now power off and go
into recovery mode: home+power+vol up until logo appears
- Press Wipe and then
swipe the bar to Factory Reset
- Reboot.
It is
possible to change the carrier CSC code with root access but your device
may still be network locked after this process - see this archived
