Dump of the HP 4145A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer ROMs. There are five, and I've uploaded them in both Intel HEX format, and plain old binary format. Either is suitable for an EPROM programmer.
Four EPROMs are from the main CPU board (board A2), and were Fujitsu MBM2732A-35 4kx8. All had datecode 8338 (38th week of 1983).
One EPROM (rom_04145-85068) is from the SMU controller board (board A3), and was a Fujitsu MBM27C128-20 16kx8. Note that there are two versions of this board, a later version with a single 16kx8 EPROM, and an earlier version with three or four 4kx8 EPROMs. On that revision, U8 contains the lowest 4k, then U9, U10, and U11 contains the highest 4k. Since I only had the one-rom version, I have included the single 16k file. I also note that the lowest 4k was filled with FF, that is, it was empty. So you may only need to populate U9, U10 and U11.
I've also included an image of the CPU board showing the locations of the CPU EPROMs.
