Trains and Mountains!
We do start this at Grand Central Station in NY, with an overhead shot and people going everywhere. There was a ticker up above. Couldn't make what it was saying.. Maybe tied to the art exhibit advertised to the left? The camera switches to ground view, and we get bedlam on ground level. Several people are looking at the camera, as they should!
Next is a series of mountain backgrounds. Nothing else.. Different clapboards, which is interesting.. Lets see who they are!
Rosson / Metty alludes to Richard Rosson and Russell Metty. They only did one movie together, Behind The Headlines, which is sort of a Our Girl Friday sort of comedy. Odd where the mountain would fit in..
Next clapboard.. Davidson.. can;t make out other name..
The next clapboard clears it up.. Davidson, Barlatier and there's Capra written in there as well. Well, Andre Barlatier and Capra did 3 films together, though I have no idea which one this is.. This looks likes Lost Horizon stuff!

Grand Central Terminal in the 1930s.
The first three minutes of this reel picture New York City's Grand Central Terminal's concourse from both the main staircase and floor level, taken some time during the 1930s. Excellent clarity in the imaging.
The remainder of the film footage is of various wide-open, static vistas taken outdoors for possible use as background B-stock.
