These are the installation/recovery CDs for early 2006 MacBooks. These install Mac OS X 10.4.6 Tiger. These are not retail or universal discs. They will only work for the model of laptop that they were made for. You can always check your model (and better yet, serial number) on EveryMac.com to see when your MacBook was released, and whether these discs will work.
