Many of her songs conjure up the magic of Cornwall, and are topical and valid comments on the world as it is today. Libby is proud of her Cornish heritage, and has been song writing and singing for many years and in many guises. Libby says - "Oceans -the song included on the compilation (Volume Two), is written for all innocents in all wars - it's a simple message from a mother to her child." Our reality is of dialectics. Hot-cold, peace-war, friend-foe, lost-found, dark-light. One side cannot exist without the other. We should appreciate our opponents and embrace their different views, aware always of the small one-sided part we must play to keep the balance and avoid mediocrity.

Micah Wetzel is a fresh new artist with an acoustic style like no other; his influences derive from the likes of Howie Day, Matt Nathanson, and Dave Matthews. Tomorrows Yesterdays, a song about growing up too fast, offers a smooth relaxed mellow acoustic sound. The One, a song about a girl who you know you cant have, but still is running through your head, delivers a smooth emotional acoustic sound. (Ashley Johnson on backup vocals)

In July of 2001, while conducting research for a book project, I followed the Tour de France for a few weeks. On the 21st, for better or worse, I started recording myself while stuck in traffic. Armed with my Minidisc, I attempted to catch up with the Tour in the Pyrenees. I also recorded a portion of the next day's stage to the mountain top finish at Luz-Ardiden. I've included a rough transcription below. The first sixteen minutes are banal. Late in the file, while waiting for the race, I meet...
