I used the Electronic Wii Menu Manual as a BASE WAD. You can also do that in VC Games in the "Operations Guide" when clicking on it. The 0000005.app is where the HTML folder & the USA.arc is. This tutorial is coming up soon. I was going to do HTML5 VC iNJECTS but I tested the Prodigy Math Game WAD & It loads a blackscreen.
