Billabong Ballads is three Aussie blokes doing their thing to bring fun songs about Australian animals to the children of the world. That's little kids, big kids and the kid in us all.
The songs in raw form were composed by vocalist/guitarist Chris Matthews, a primary school teacher at Chum Creek, north east of Melbourne, Victoria.
Darren Holborow of D.R.S. Digital Recording Studios played many of the instruments, arranged, engineered and co-produced the CD.
Our third member, Chris Wynne, guitar teacher and luthier of fine Australian timbered guitars, did all those things that Darren did and even leant his reluctant voice after much encouragement.
