Staff Pick -- a powerful stack-building tool
Updates the HS Grouper 2.0 palette to all the button and field properties of HyperCard 2.2 & 2.3. The Objects Editor menu now lists objects by type or by part number. Grouping is now far faster than you can click. Users can now set AutoPosition features on-the-fly. Expanded Navigation functionality. Rough edges polished.
This file will upgrade previous users' Grouping tools to 2.3 capabilities, or provide new users with everything needed to get Grouping.

This stack features a superior Grouping utility (and more) in a compact palette interface. Not just a transplanted Super Grouper wannabe, this tool does MORE:
- Adding one or two lines of HyperTalk (provided) to your Home stack script puts this stack 'in use' whenever you want it. Palette opens/closes with one keystroke or word;
- On-the-fly customizable automatic postioning keeps palette off your work area, no matter where the card window is or where you move it to;
- Automatic pause feature lets you drag the Message Box, Tools, or Grouper palette out of your way during any Grouper operation;
- Overcome Password Protection or Protect Stack UserLevel limits;
- Group by clicking objects or by dragging a 'marching ants' rect;
- Add objects to or remove objects from the Group at any time;
- Move the Group with or without constraint, or nudge it;
- Copy the Group; force copies to card or bkgnd layer;
- Align the Group's objects along edges or centers by click;
- Adjust the Group's objects' spacing by dragging an example space or by specifying pixels; off or on a grid, with 'line wrap' (objects won't 'space' off the card);
- Optionally sort Group's objects by their position or number property prior to adjusting spacing;
- Graft (m)any properties (including script & button contents) from a 'donor' object to (m)any other(s) without being on the donor's card/stack; use Grafting as a massive, multi-property Undo;
- Show/hide objects with a single drag or a click;
- Objects Editor popup menu lists all objects in the Group or on the card. Shows/hides, gets info for, selects, changes part number of, or edits the script of any object.
- Five Nav icons combine with Shift, Option, & Cmd keys to offer more nav choices than HC's Go menu & Cmd-key combos; also compacts in-use stacks & edits other stacks' scripts;
- Ruler palettes display real-time mouse position, line lengths, or rects. 'Zero' the rulers to the card window with a double-click.
- Help windows for Grouper, Objects Editor, and Nav icons;
- Extensive documentation and online Help.
