Keywords : chemistry, problem-solving, tutoring, calculator, learning environment The CheMentor Toolkit is an enhanced version of the original Chemistry Toolkit (originally advertised on AOL in May, 1995). The new Toolkit includes (a) the CheMentor Calculators, (b) an extended collection of the Recipes (short on-line notes on how to solve a variety of types of chemistry problems) and (c) the CheMentor Practice Items (I) module - which consists of sets of short exercises to help sharpen skills for chemistry. The CheMentor Toolkit can also link with the other CheMentor modules. It can be used, individually, by students at home and by teachers for instructional use or for constructing problems. Along with the CheMentor modules, it can provide for a highly interactive learning environment at home or in the school or college. This demo contains a lot of information on the Toolkit and the other CheMentor products, with sample screens and details on functionality. This stack has been checked for Mac and HyperCard viruses with Virex 5.6
