Warrington served as Deputy Director of the Federal City Council, a local civics organization. He later worked at WMATA as a Special Advisor and Auditor. This collection is comprised of oral histories collected by Dr. Zachary Schrag, a professor at George Mason University, as research for his dissertation on the history of WMATA. The dissertation eventually became The Great Society Subway, a book published by Schrag in 2006.
