ROM dumps for the Fluke 9010A Microsystem Troubleshooter. These ROMs were 23128 PROMs, but you could use 27128 (16kx8) EPROMs to replace them since they are pin-compatible. I did measure the access time at about 140ns, so you might need to take that into consideration.
