Tested in 32-bit WINE set to Windows 98 with DirectX9 installed via winetricks.
Instructions: mount the ISO file, run the executable, install preferred demos.
Some demos may require DirectX 6.0 or greater. Some demos use MIDI for soundtrack, so you'll have to set it up if using Linux and WINE.
You can install and run games via the launcher just fine. Not all demos are guaranteed to work.

Dark Vengeance - Installs and runs fine, though the graphics don't work well under Linux and WINE. Dethkarz - Installs and runs fine. DX-Ball 2 - Installs and runs fine. Excessive Speed - Doesn't install. Get Medieval - Installs and runs fine. Uses MIDI. Robosaurs Versus The Space Bastards - Installs and runs fine. Beavis and Butt-head in "Bunghole-in-one" - Installs and runs fine. Pandemonium II - Doesn't install (at least on Linux and WINE - Needs Glide FX). Phobia II - Installs and runs fine. Asghan - Doesn't install. Rainbow Six - Installs and runs fine. Glover - Installs but doesn't run, might be a WINE bug. Heretic II - Installs and runs fine. This one has to be run manually, the launcher for some reason can't detect the installed game. Thief: The Dark Project - Installs and runs fine. Thunder Brigade - Installs and runs fine. Tonic Trouble - Installs but doesn't run, probably video card issues. Uprising 2: Lead and Destroy - Installs and runs fine. Vigilance - Doesn't install. Warzone 2100 - Installs and runs fine. World League Soccer 99 - Installs and runs fine.
