Top-down cartoon action game. 1-player or 2-player alternating. In IGMO the player controls the dragon-slayer Igmo to rescue the beautiful Princess Iggy from the clutches of the evil dragon Sintar from the underworld. There is a limited time to traverse through the level and save the princess. Igmo can shoot in one out of eight directions. To cross a river, the player must shoot Bergs (which look like Clouds) in positions that form a bridge (Igmo can't swim *at all*, so try to shoot the Bergs at the narrowest part of the river, and make sure your bridge has no gaps!). In later levels, there is a snake in the upper right corner who shoots projectiles that destroy ground near the river, making passage even more difficult. In the middle of the level, the player must watch out for Octoids, Spidoids and Crustoids as well as the Bouncers that form boundaries. When hitting a Bouncer (looks like a small brown boulder), your legs will be separated from your head, and you must walk your legs over to rejoin your head in order to continue. When fighting Sintar, his fiery projectiles must be avoided and the dragon must be shot multiple times to be defeated. When the princess is rescued, the player will progress to a more difficult level.
