Description
Goalie Ghost is an arcade sports game that is loosely based on soccer. The game is for two players and uses a split screen where the upper part shows a behind view of the player while the lower part shows the same view of the AI opponent (or second human player). Each player only controls a goalkeeper who can be moved around its own half of the playing field. Balls are launched from the middle, up to three at a time, and are automatically kicked when touched by a player. Bouncing balls can be reached by hitting the jump button. A match lasts two minutes and the aim is simply to score the most goals within that time which is done by hitting the wall behind the opposing player. If there is a tie the match enters over time and the player that scores first wins.
