a. Venue
Please respect all venue policies for taping, and check in advance if you are unsure. If the venue requires approval from us, please let us know ahead of time so that you can be cleared to tape.
b. Headlining
Shows which The Casual Fiasco is headlining or coheadlining may be taped.
c. Opening
Shows for which The Casual Fiasco is an opener must follow the taping policies of the headlining act.
d. Soundboard
Soundboard taping is permitted whenever allowed by the venue and/or headlining act.
e. Audience
Audience (microphone) taping is permitted whenever allowed by the venue and/or headlining act. Please be respectful in your microphone placement. On stage recording is not permitted without prior consent.
f. Formats
Please maintain lossless quality on all files. We request 16-bit FLACs for consistency. In naming the files, please adhere to the standard conventions with TCF as the band name abbreviation. Please drop the disc number on single disc shows. IE: " tcf2006-01-31t05.flac" or "tcf2006-02-24d2t09.flac"
II. Misc
All shows must be cleared prior to release on the Archive. Thank you for taping!!
