I still have 511 installed & use it to surf for info. The enlightenment WE allowed use long past some other Pups, & 511 was my OS. Different wallpapers for each workspace was unique & nice, & I believe 528 even displayed the different wallpapers in the pop-up. The kernel these was <3 until 529[?]. I keep the macpup.org/ page in my browser & check every now & then to see if it's active again. 511 was the prettiest IMO, & I didn't care much for 550. One day someone's gonna compile Linux OSes bespoke for individuals. Hey, I'd pay for an updated 511 . . . course I could do it myself if . . . .
