Software	Dos 2.0 or later.
To start	Enter "INSFLOP" to install for double floppy disk systems or "INSHARD" to install for hard disk system. Then, enter "PCEST" to run the program.
To end	Hit "Q" in main menu or highlight the "QUIT" option and hit .
For help	Read READ.ME and PCTUTOR.DOC.
