You don't have to change the cycles to slow down the game in DOSBox, you can change the speed of the game by pressing 'F2' to slow down or 'F1' to speed up. This feature hasn't been documented anywhere on the internet as far as I am aware apart from being documented on the Street Fighter Series CD-ROM.

Make sure to set Joystick: OFF at the start.
Enter - start game / stage select
Space - fire
J - jump
Esc - weapon menu
F9 - pause
F10 - quit
Inside the weapon menu, press a letter (P, S, V, D) to choose a weapon and exit the menu.

Hi, could the uploader make this item emulatable? To do this, you have to set the metadata keys:
emulator=dosbox
emulator_ext=zip
emulator_start=MM.EXE
And then you have to add a new file to the zip file, dosbox.conf, with the contents
[cpu]
cycles=fixed 500
This is to slow down the emulation (otherwise it goes too fast).
