On October 10, 2003, Hypnotic Clambake gave permission to fan Alex Herd for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

I'm granting you permission to archive Hypnotic Clambake's material with the
understanding that at any time we may ungrant you permission should that be nesseccary. For now, thanks again for your interest and happy archiving.

p.s. no recorded material of hypnotic clambake...meaning available albums on our website or in stores may be available on your site.....just live recordings via tapers...etc....
Policy
Hypnotic Clambake condones and even encourages the audio taping of their shows. Sometimes we may even be able to accomodate those of you that are taping with a home deck, most certainly we will accomodate you if you are using a portable deck and bring all of your neccesary cables with you. If you would prefer a soundboard patch please arrive at the club or venue very early in order to get your connections straigtened out... don't come in and ask for a patch a couple of minutes before a show, it can't be done,.... sorry! Please, no video recording without prior band permission!
