First 100 people though the door get a free Coilhouse magazine featuring Amelia Arsenic!
Art and music mingle in Amelia Arsenic's incandescent blood. In past years, Arsenic spent most of her time touring the world with her first band, the industrial cyberpunk outfit Angelspit. These days --in tandem with running her multidisciplinary fashion and art label A is for Arsenic, and working as a rogue stylist, art director, and graphic designer -- Arsenic is stepping out on her own with a debut solo EP called "Carbon Black". These electrifying, skull-rattling songs are available from Bandcamp, Beatport, and iTunes. Arsenic's ferocious stage presence will be soaring into Above DNA this coming Sunday, February the 5th.
Everything Goes Cold: Fronted by Eric Gottesman, one of industrial music's most obnoxiously omnipresent proliferators, EGC forcibly and indignantly amalgamates influences from the full spectrum of classic American guitar-based Industrial Music with a modern sensibility and foul attitude that makes the lead singer of your favorite Terror EBM band look and smell like your great-grandfather after a long day in the sun. Everything Goes Cold will freeze you to death and tear your face off. Maybe they already have. We're fairly certain you had more face before, and you should probably put on a coat.
With DJ Bit spinning sets all night.
ALSO! The first hundred people in the door will receive a free copy of the exquisitely glossy, long-out-of-print Coilhouse Magazine #6, featuring their longtime friend and comrade, Amelia Arsenic, on the cover.
