Why is this movie even in the archive? No historical or artistic value. Random shots of New York mixed with archival shots of Zeppelins, an old man and for some reason, a cat. Clip art grade sounds offer crystal clear audio, not suitable for the murky nature of the shots. For some reason, some sounds have been edited to make them sound jumpy. They sound like they've been ripped straight out the latest video game. Shots of the American flag and graves are probably there to make you feel teary eyed, but instead dump this film into the realm of semi-patriotic crap. Not worth a moment of your time, and could stand to be 2:30 shorter. If there is any value at all in this, I couldn't see it for the life of me. Complete dribble, archival footage compiled by a mouth breather.

Lots of scenes were too dark and murky to figure out what's going on. First rule of filmmaking should be to let the viewer see the film. Using as clues the soundtrack and some of the flashes of scenes I concluded that it's either a daydream by a wannabe city sniper or a video game freak who has gone over the edge.
