So to draw attention to the importance of access to knowledge - and the threats it faces - we’re imagining a world without it.  We invite you to get creative: record a video, create an image, tell a story, send out a social post from the year 2046. Share it using the hashtag #IA2046 and tag us at @IA2046 ....

What is to prevent the decentralized web from being corrupted by profit, market domination, and bad actors? What is the normative or social layer we need to build alongside the tech?  This Resource Guide outlines some of the questions, the principles and the thinking about a new set of ethics for the decentralized web.

Building days prior to the event brought out the best qualities about the DWeb community. We were a supportive mesh network fueled by excitement to share the spaces we've built and created. In mere days the camp grew from 70 participants to over 400 with members coming from all corners of the world. Volunteers: plan on arriving at the Farm at 10 AM on Monday.  We'll be building bulletin boards, laying cable, painting signs....and getting ready for 400 new friends!
