From 1997 until 2015 Doomworld.com was hosted by a commercial network initially known as TeleFragged and later as AtomicGamer. Sites hosted at Doomworld which had files available to download on them had the downloads moved to a download-specific site run by the network, originally called 3DDownloads.com (and later simply known as "AtomicGamer", too). In 2015 the Telefragged/AtomicGamer host is shutting down. Doomworld is migrating elsewhere. This archive is a collection of all the...

This is the source code for the computer games Heretic & Hexen by Raven Software. The source was originally published under a restrictive EULA in January 1999. After a long campaign by members of the online Doom community, it was re-licensed under the GNU Public License, version 2, in 2008 and published on Source Forge. For more information on the history of the source code, please see http://doomwiki.org/wiki/Raven_source_code_licensing

Nine Inch Nails presents Ghosts I - IV, a brand new 36 track instrumental collection available right now. Almost two hours of new music composed and recorded over an intense ten week period last fall, Ghosts I - IV sprawls Nine Inch Nails across a variety of new terrain. Trent Reznor explains, "I've been considering and wanting to make this kind of record for years, but by its very nature it wouldn't have made sense until this point. This collection of music is the result of working from a...

In July, 2008, Nine Inch Nails released their album "The Slip" for free, via a CC-BY-NC-SA license. The album was released in multiple formats. The highest-quality version was 24bit samples, 96khz. This is a downsampling of that version to 24/48, which is the highest quality that Apple iDevices (iPods, iPhones, etc.) can play. The files are encoded in iTunes-compatible ALAC. The 24/48 FLAC source for this release is available here:...

Note that there's a mistake in the FLAC release artwork as distributed by NIN: 02-1000000.jpg is mistakenly a Photoshop source file. For this release, I have renamed it to .PSB and generated a new 02-1000000.jpg from the source (JPEG at quality...

"3D Game Alchemy for Doom, Doom II, Heretic, and Hexen" was the title for the second edition of the book "Tricks of the Doom Programming Gurus", both thick volumes on how to create your own levels and resources for the computer games Doom, Doom 2, Heretic and Hexen. The cover-mount CD was predominantly a collection of existing third-party resources for the games, created and distributed on BBS systems and collated for the book collection.

This is a derivation of the Instagr/am/bient project, available at http://www.archive.org/details/Instagrambient. The only difference is I've replaced all the embedded artwork with higher-resolution copies (from the PDF file contained within).
