Actually about this software it doesn't do anything it only opens a document (but it's a camouflaged texts) that's based on Vault 8166 from the game Roblox and it was created by BoomBlox555 and the software was probably created by a Discord user named RomDino (RomDino#3226) and called out people on their server about a hunt to find the codes on the game but there wasn't anything more as it was probably one code but the Discord user RomDino said to have been working a new Application kinda related to this software and this is what he said

A new Vault 8166 Applicator will be released within a few days. This is an executable program (or EXE) which has a test inside and requires you to complete it.
and says if you complete it you will be rewarded, but if you fail it will delete itself & had to redownload it again but have to redo the test again but after a few days he went to discord & came here with fail news

@everyone I LOST THE FILE!
But it's unknown whether if they are redoing the application or not, or what kind of application had type of tests. Hopefully they will announce that the new application has been added & update.
