RIGHTS
On December 14, 2004, 37 Including You gave their OK for inclusion in the Archive:
Special Admin Note for uploads containing a number in the band abbreviation prefix: In these cases only, please add a dash between the prefix and date in the directory name (foo4tet-2002-02-02.shnf) so the import software will work. Usually, directory names must
not have the dash (footet2002-02-02.shnf) to be imported. Numbers in the abbreviation are special cases.

I would like for my band to be added to the Archive. This is my permission for 37 Including You to be admitted to the Archive, and also this gives the permission to anyone who wants to add our music to the archive.
Thanks alot!
Here is some additional information, including band policy and notes...
Thanks for your help!

Later re lossy format issue, Patrick responded:
"...we would be more than fine, actually thrilled to have the lossy files next to the archival files."
37 Including You - Taping and Trading Policy
37iu allows open taping at all shows. Any type of documentation is permitted, including soundboard patches, mics and dats, etc. Soundboard patches may be available depending on the show and/or venue's technical capabilities. Please bring all necessary cables, batteries, blank media, etc. If the venue is strictly no taping, go stealth!
The open trading of these tapes are permitted and encouraged, however, these recordings are not to be sold for profit. Use common sense.
Video taping is alo permitted and highly encouraged. Use of video on other websites is not a problem with us.
37iu is happy to have all recorded shows hosted on the Live Music Archive (archive.org) for download at any time. Please support this wonderful site.
