REQUIREMENTS
Simple requirements;
1.) A computer (duh)
2.) Windows 95 (or NT 4.0 with Resource Kit or Windows 98)
3.) Microsoft Plus! (it is possible to work your way around this)
4.) Nico-MAK's WinZip 6.2 or higher (HTTP://WWW.WINZIP.COM)
5.) A decent sound card (to hear all the zany sounds)
INSTALL
Extract this file straight to your C:\ directory. All the files should them unzip to
the \Program Files\Plus!\Themes\2001 directory. Opening your Desktop Themes
applet should reveal a 2001.Theme.
