Thanks, but I have not yet quite understood the explanatory examples. Would you please describe the process used for your first image posting, done on Aug 2, 2021 2:43pm?
In that posting an animated GIF shows in the posting. What steps did you perform to allow that GIF to display in that post?
I notice when inspecting the page source that you use an image from an old upload. Was some HTML code required to have that image display in the posting?
Come on, Spock. Enough about the integer multiple of the fundamental frequency harmonic. Please explain where the darn switch is so the guy who doesn't know his own name can post his picture.

And, as always, please post any Watkins Glen crowd photos. Thanks.

HTML coding is required. A hyperlinked URL must be included. Any URL works. It doesn't matter where you set the hyperlink. You can set the hyperlink to the image, or set it to some text. The Admin at the image's web server end must grant permission for the image to be served, from there, to a 3rd party site, like The Archive.

If you agree to donate $100 to The Archive, I'll design and create your "Archive-approved" HTML coding for you. Then you can post it at your liking, and you can take credit for it. If what you want is complicated, it might take me an hour or two, so that's worth $100 to Brewster.

Just email me a web page template or storyboard, describing the exact page layout I need to design for your GD Forum Posting, include your post's body text, and I need the links to the images you want displayed here. I'll do the HTML coding for you. Images not authorized to be served here won't display here.
