The Internet Archive stores anything public-domain. And there’s no cost to use this service, though their storehouse includes thousands of feature-length movies. Just like Crackle there’s no need to create an account. But you can if you want to save favourites. Content from Internet Archive is “mostly black and white” – old content. It doesn’t have an app so you’d have to access it through the web.
