You have been nice to me in the past so I am trying, but, Oh crud, now there is a pop up collection name over the useless image of the wave form. Someone who is not real careful on a touchscreen gets the wrong thing.
My mother has limited vision and I upload stuff here so she can listen to her favorites. She has a big link on her screen and then she knows how to play the shows on the old site. She told me yesterday that there is no way she can use this site now. I'm not exaggerating, she has given up. I spent today making sure she has a working CD player and knows the buttons. One of the ladies at the senior center thinks I should fix the site like betta is my fault. I now feel worse than my name.

so the collection name floaty pop-up thing is not going to be present for touchscreens (though as you point out, unfortunately it is now). it's been near the top of my "fixme" list, rest assured... 8-)
so can you say a bit more about the painful aspects for your mom from her POV? is it w/ the collection pages or the item details pages? is it more than just the change visually? some specifics will definitely help us!
