i personally have read every one of 10,000+ feedback emails.
and yes, we gather and "cluster" comments and feeback to see what we can do/adjust.

Mr Bat. The pleasant but null response from a historically helpful admin suggest you are in the way of a train. The changes are coming and only 'fixes' are being considered, not whether its a good thing overall. I do not know how forum posts about the Beta would be a bad thing so lets see if there are comments. Doe anyone have comments about the new Beta site?

and i think we're fine w/ that level of "leakage".
we're *very* open compared to most similar sized companies/orgs!

While it remains to be seen if the train is a Japanese MagLev or an AmTrak, as long as it's painted anything but white, black, and blue, I might catch the caboose.

Don't like it. Can't find where in the heck the files are to download. If it ain't broken don't fix it. And it wasn't broken but that Beta version is broken. I panic when I see it.

To see the files to download, there is a blue/white "Download" bar on the right side. Click on the bar and it expands to show you the file types for download. You can click on any of them to get a .zip of that file type, or click on "See all files" to get a page listing with all the files. Hope that helps.

Oh, and I *hate* the Beta. So now our library becomes Pinterest. The McDonald's of the library world. @@ I will never do research on a tablet. Can't they just make an app for people with toy screens to use?
