One part of a multi-part video piece dealing with endurance. The video was exhibited at the SVA Gallery in SoHo, New York, in the spring of 1998. In the installation, a TV-monitor was placed on a pedestal facing the gallery entrance with a one inch wide white strip of paper leading from the front door, along the floor and up the pedestal till the monitor. On the paper strip, which was several feet long, the hand-written line "I'm sorry" was repeated for its entire length.
The MWF Video Club collection on the Internet Archive contains all material that was digitized from the Monday/Wednesday/Friday Video Club Collection during the course of XFR STN from June 17th through September 8th, 2013. This was my first time lapse attempt. [9 Sep 2003] I'm a scientist, right? So let's experiment! I took pictures with my Sony VX2000 miniDV camera while tethered to a VAIO. It created proprietary DVF images which I converted with JVC JLIP tool to JPG. Then I used mencoder to create a 6-frames/sec Motion-JPEG AVI. Not super interesting (just my old place's living room) but fun to see where my evil all started...
