On their first CD, titled "Way Station", they were joined by Matt Tipton, Mike's son, as a paid Bass player. He had played with them previously and was familiar with their style and songs....

Born and stay, in Tucson Az. Love Rap Music for as long as I can remember. So if your here you must like it also. ____or you got lost____ Minimalist music often involves smaller instrumental and vocal ensembles than other music. It involves a minimal approach to the embellishment and development of the musical themes, with phrases and harmonies being repeated. The music is tonally more accessible to listeners than abstract or serial music, but the repetitiveness can sound tedious to some...

Day Station is a dynamic four-man rock ensemble that hails from just outside the DC area. Though the band itself is fairly new to the scene, its members have been playing in and around the area for several years, and they have already made quite a name for themselves. Their strong melodies, innovative piano work and driving rhythms bring passion and professionalism to a college rock scene greatly in need of these elements. Propelled by their infectious first single Riot Song, Day Station has...

It's computerised musical treats. I hope very much that you like it. It's a result of several failed bands, and so I decided to make music myself. I am from the South East of England and am a mere seventeen years old. I hope that you enjoy the musical treats which I feed to you on a spoon. After a while, I got bored of all these failing bands, more specifically, The Lemons (I was the guitarist) and so got started with Station for Imitation. The name came from a cross between the song 'Station'...

In the summer of 1992, Hoagie Malone began coaxing musicians for his recording project "Equator". These sessions produced 33 tracks. Originally released as "Khaki Circus" by Equator, Hoagie felt that the recordings between he and mopehead were going particularly well, so when mixing time came, the 33 tracks became two separate releases. Rain Station was born with the release "Criminal Goat", and Hoagie released the rest as "Equator". Soon after the...
